This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and add-ons for RealEdge Analytics, provided by RecoveRE Holdings LLC.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including for change of mind.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or reach us through our contact page and we will help you arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us or Paddle within 30 days and we will make it right.
